Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, all 27 European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland.

Processing and transit

Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–4 business days. We do not process orders on weekends. Transit takes 15–30 calendar days after processing; processing and transit are separate periods.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal is $45.98 or more. Below that amount, the flat shipping charge is $4.99. Shipping charges do not count toward the free-shipping threshold.

Taxes, duties and tracking

Prices include taxes and duties; there are no additional customer taxes or duties. Tracking information is sent by email when the order ships.

Address changes

While an order is processing, you may request an address change by emailing [email protected]. Address changes are not accepted after shipment. Please check the address you provide; CCHEELE is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
